Will I have to pay sales or use tax on my order?

Do you accept School and Government purchase orders?
We accept all school and government purchase orders. Please include a contact person, name, phone number, email so we can

My toner cartridge yielded fewer pages than indicated on your web site. Why?
Many customers have questions about page yield. The page yield that is indicated on the web site would be for printing pages
with approximately 5% page coverage. This ia about five lines and you would get the full yield listed.
However, most people will print a variety of different documents so the yield will vary. If your printing graphics, highly dense
amounts of type, full pages or photos, of course, your yield will go down.
So everyone is on the same page, we would like to direct you to the industry standard for testing page yield that was put into
place in June 2004. Go over to ISO/IEC 19752 Standard method for testing page yield and check it out. This should help clarify
this matter.
Will my printer’s warranty be voided if I refill my cartridge?
No, As a consumer, you have a right to use any compatible/remanufactured cartridge in your printer.
You have the US government’s word on that. Your warranty is valid no matter which compatible remanufactured product you
use, unless the manufacturer can show proof that the product damaged your printer.
